The company recently signed a strategic development partnership agreement with Tact Home Philippines, supporting the development of a 28-hectare residential community with approximately 3,621 housing units.
Offering both socialized and economic housing, the project aims to provide affordable homeownership opportunities through financing programs available to qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members and eligible commercial bank borrowers, subject to loan approval.
