Today, we marked a significant milestone for Montana Misato Homes as we officially unveiled the project and broke ground for a new community in Timmaguab, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac.
Leading this momentous occasion was Engr. Reynaldo Carpio, Ph.D., President & CEO of Montana Homes, whose vision continues to bring quality and affordable housing opportunities closer to Filipino families.
We are deeply grateful to our local government partners who joined us in this important milestone, led by Hon. Nathaniel “Bong” L. Tan, Municipal Mayor of Santa Ignacia, together with Vice Mayor Francis Candelario, SB Joel Rey Bajas, SB Nazer Molina, SB Aurelio Castillo, and Brgy. Captain Danilo I. Domingo of Timmaguab.
We likewise extend our appreciation to the dedicated staff of the Santa Ignacia Assessor’s Office and Engineering Office for their support and assistance in helping move the project forward.
We are also honored by the presence and support of our key industry and financing partners. Our sincere thanks to Engr. Russel S. Reyes, Pag-IBIG Region III Division Head, and Ms. Sheila Ann Leybag-Relota, BDO Community Banking Network Group Tarlac Branch Head, for being part of this milestone.
We are equally grateful to the CREBA Pangasinan Chapter, led by its President Mr. Victor Sison, for joining us and supporting this new development.
We also thank our Japanese partner, Mr. Nishio Takuya, Country Manager of Tact Home Philippines, for being part of this exciting journey. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to creating thoughtfully planned communities and quality homes for Filipino families.
This milestone would not have been possible without the people working behind the project.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Operations Department, headed by Engr. Darwin Dungca and Engr. Enrico Gragasin, for their dedication in bringing the project from plans and preparations closer to reality.
We also recognize our Accounts Management Team led by Beng Ibañez, Sales and Marketing Team, led by EVP Mark Carpio, together with Cora Fabro and Jill Aspiras, for carrying the Montana Misato Homes vision to the market and connecting it with future homeowners.
And to our new sellers and brokers who joined us and are now part of the Montana Misato Homes family—thank you for believing in the project and for taking part in bringing the dream of homeownership closer to more Filipino families. We look forward to growing this journey together.
From the first plans and ideas, to the unveiling of the scale model and floor plans, and now to the breaking of ground—Montana Misato Homes is officially taking shape.
This is more than a groundbreaking.
It is the beginning of a community, the beginning of new opportunities, and another step toward helping Filipino families find a home they can call their own.
