A proud and momentous evening unfolded for Grand Monaco Land as the company garnered three distinguished recognitions during the FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) Philippines) 2026 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards held on April 29, 2026 at Ballroom 3 of Solaire Resort North.
1) Diplomate in Real Estate Management
Leading the celebration was the highest recognition bestowed by FIABCI Philippines upon our President & CEO, Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D., who was conferred the prestigious Diplomate in Real Estate Award in honor of his nearly four decades of contribution to Philippine real estate. His visionary leadership has significantly reshaped affordable housing development and championed integrated community building across the country. He was likewise recognized by former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, who highlighted that his philosophy on business velocity carries wisdom that transcends business and applies to all walks of life.
2) Gold Winner Award for Residential Affordable Category
Adding to this milestone, Grand Monaco Land proudly received its 3rd Gold Winner Award as 2026 Outstanding Developer of the Year – Residential Affordable Category for the Montana Misora Homes project under the Grand Monaco–Montana Homes development portfolio.
3) Silver Winner Award for Hotel Category
The company also earned the Silver Winner Award as 2026 Outstanding Developer – Hotel Category (4-star Level) for the Monaco Hotel project, further solidifying Grand Monaco Land’s growing presence and excellence in hospitality development.
