Grand Monaco Foundation, Inc., led by its President Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, formally entered into a partnership with the Rotary Club of Rizal Centro and the Rotary Club of East Rizal (District 3800) through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony held at Monaco Hotel last March 09, 2026.
The event was attended by Rotary leaders and distinguished guests, including District Governor Gina Sanchez, Past President Rey Pineda, and Monaco Hotel General Manager Butch Sacay. The Rotary Club of Rizal Centro was represented by its President Jerome Carpio, while the Rotary Club of East Rizal was led by its President Vellin Datuin.
The signing of the agreement highlights the shared commitment of the organizations to strengthen partnerships that advance community service and humanitarian initiatives. Through this collaboration, the groups aim to further promote Rotary’s guiding principle of “Service Above Self” while supporting programs that uplift and improve the lives of communities.
