Montana Home’s parent company, Grand Monaco Land, Inc., received the Innovative Excellence in Real Estate Award during the OFW Party List’s 3rd Impact Awards held at Marriott Hotel, Newport City Complex, Pasay City, on September 5, 2024. The award was presented by Hon. Marissa “Del Mar” Magsino of the OFW Party List to Grand Monaco Land President & CEO Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D.
Grand Monaco’s journey began when Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D., founded a construction company called Monte Carlo Associate Builder, Inc. The company initially undertook sub-contracts from larger, established firms in the industry. The company quickly gained a reputation for solid and dependable performance and achieved a ‘Triple A’ status as a full-fledged contractor, in time. In 2003, Engr. Carpio ventured into real estate and housing development, and established the Grand Monaco Estate Developer’s Inc., initially focusing on pocket-sized projects within cities like Pasay, Quezon City, Pasig, and Rizal province. Within a short period of time, the company’s trajectory soared, evolving into a multi-billion venture with over Php 7.8B worth of saleable houses and lots dedicated to upper low-cost and middle-income categories. Since 2010, Grand Monaco has been recognized with numerous accolades in the real estate industry.
The year 2015 marked the establishment of Montana Homes as a subsidiary of Grand Monaco. At the same time, Grand Monaco re-branded itself as Grand Monaco Land, Inc. (GMLI), marking a fresh chapter in its corporate identity. In 2021, Grand Monaco Land, Inc. transformed into a conglomerate, broadening its portfolio to encompass commercial buildings, beach properties, and the development of hotels and resorts, among other ventures.
