Last February 6, 2026, Montana Homes gathered its sellers, partners, and stakeholders for “Shine and Elevate: Montana Misora Homes Excellence Awards and Sales Rally.” The event celebrated the achievements and strong partnerships behind the continued success of Montana Misora Homes in Enrile, Cagayan, while inspiring everyone to aim higher in the year ahead.
The evening opened with a vibrant live band performance, followed by heartfelt remarks from Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D., President and CEO of Montana Homes. He expressed gratitude to the dedicated sellers, partners from the Enrile LGU, and representatives from key government agencies such as Pag-IBIG Fund and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). Special acknowledgment was also given to banking partner BDO represented by Ms. Arthes Cruz and Ms. Cherry Nagtalon, as well as to the Operations, Accounts Management, and Sales and Marketing teams led by Executive Vice President Mark Carpio for their vital contributions.
Adding a special highlight to the program, Mr. Mark Carpio delivered an impressive musical intermission number, energizing the crowd. The event was further honored by the presence of Miguel B. Decena Jr., together with Atty. Jeffrey Pablo Columna, who expressed strong support for the project and promoted Enrile as a growing and promising community.
The program also featured the awarding of the Mr. and Ms. Montana Stars of the Night and the much-anticipated recognition of the Top Sellers of 2025, celebrating their excellence and dedication.
