The municipality of Enrile located in Cagayan province welcomed its newest residential community, Montana Misora Homes, as Montana Homes celebrated the grand launch of the much-anticipated development. The event held on March 22, 2024 attracted local officials, prospective buyers, and community leaders who gathered to witness the unveiling of what promises to be a premier living destination in the province of Cagayan. The ceremony began with a solemn blessing of the subdivision’s grand entrance gate, followed by the ribbon-cutting presided by Montana Homes President & CEO Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D. together with Enrile Mayor Mayor Miguel B. Decena, Jr. and Enrile Vice Mayor Christina G. Magbitang. The ribbon-cutting not only signaled the official opening of the subdivision but also served as a celebration of the hard work and vision that brought the project to life.
After the formalities, the Montana Misora Homes sales team launched the sales kickoff, marking the start of the official sales period for the available properties.
