The event was led by Montana Homes President & CEO Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D. together with Enrile Mayor Miguel B. Decena, Jr. and Enrile Vice Mayor Christina G. Magbitang. Also present during the ceremony was Takuya Nishio, the Country Manager of Tact Home Philippines, who serves as the esteemed Japanese partner of Montana Homes. The event commenced with a ceremonial turning of the soil, symbolizing the beginning of the construction phase, followed by the unveiling of the scale model and floor plan.
Montana Misora Homes is a 14.4-hectare residential development that will accommodate more than 1,300 housing units. Its design draws inspiration from Japanese aesthetics, highlighting the fruitful collaboration of Montana Homes and Tact Home Philippines. Supporting President Ferdinand R.
