In a prestigious recognition, the Grand Monaco Land Inc., President/CEO Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio Ph.D. has been recognized for his selfless dedication and exceptional leadership as one of the Founding Incorporators of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) Philippines, the pivotal role in establishing a global platform for real estate professionals within the country.
As Past President of FIABCI Philippines International, Inc., Dr. Carpio received the Presidential Plaque of Recognition from Mr. Florentino Dulalia Jr., FIABCI Philippines Chairman Emeritus and FIABCI World Past President.The special recognition ceremony held during on September 27, 2024 at the Grand Ballroom of Solaire Resort North, Quezon City, highlighted the President’s devotion to improving Grand Monaco’s brand by utilizing research and development, a well as focusing on the development of the workforce.
FIABCI is a business club comprise of real estate professionals representing 45 chapters worldwide. It focuses on helping its members develop their businesses into companies that meet global standards. Grand Monaco’s subsidiary, Montana Homes, is now actively progressing with housing and hospitality projects such as the Montana Misora Homes located in Enrile/Tuguegarao City, Cagayan that will accommodate more than 1,300 units, and the Monaco Strip and Hotel located in Taytay, Rizal that hosts an array of restaurant brands and local services, with 100 luxury rooms, function rooms, and recreation facilities. With these efforts, Grand Monaco is set to make its mark as a grand mover in the real estate industry.
